Quiet Study Areas
These are located in all VUT Libraries. Vanderbijlpark campus library, they are located from ground floor to third floor. VUT libraries currently does not have open study areas where students are allowed to make noise.

Rooms are available on a reservation basis. Please see the multimedia circulation desk on first floor to make your reservation.
Group Study Rooms

Information and Research Assistance
This service is provided at all libraries. We have Information Librarians ready to help you.
Interlibrary Loan
Need an article or book not owned by the VUT Libraries? This service is available only to postgraduate students and VUT staff members
Wireless Connectivity
Wireless connectivity is easily available in the libraries and throughout the campuses
VUT University Card
This is a multipurpose card. Your VUT student card serves as your official identification card. The card also serves as your library card making it more convenient and flexible to check out books.
Photocopying and Printing
VUT libraries offer photocopying and printing machines in all libraries to allow you make photocopies. Use your card to pay for copying.
Cell Phones
Use of cell phones is not permitted in the libraries. Always put your cellphone on silence.
Conveniences
Restrooms are available in almost every library.
